Op.Dr. Gürhan KELEŞ was born in Ankara. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Ankara. He completed his education at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine between 1977-1982 and at 19 Mayıs University Faculty of Medicine between 1982-1984. He specialized in obstetrics and gynecology at Zekai Tahir Burak Women’s Health Education and Research Hospital and became a Gynecology and Obstetrics Specialist. He worked in the Obstetrics, Gynecology, High Risk Pregnancy and Infertility departments at the hospital.

Since in vitro fertilization treatment had not yet started in Turkey, he completed his in vitro fertilization and microinjection training in Belgium. He actively participated in the establishment of the ZTB In vitro fertilization department, the first in vitro fertilization center of the Ministry of Health, and also in the training of many Gynecologists and Embryologists in the fields of microinjection, ICSI and IVF.
He contributed to the development of in vitro fertilization treatment services in our country by working in the sub-scientific committee of the Ministry of Health. He participated in various domestic and international meetings and congresses on IVF, Microinjection, Andrology, Hysteroscopy, Laparoscopy. He has provided services specifically on reproductive health for over 30 years.
He has been providing services on Women’s Health and IVF at Centrum IVF Center, where he is a founding partner, for approximately 25 years.
He received the Turkish Medical Association 40-year achievement award in medicine on March 22, 2024.
